We're happy to accept returns if the item is faulty in anyway. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

At Wave, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the cancellation of your order. However, we want to make it clear that once your order has been placed, cancellations are not possible; all orders are processed swiftly through the Wave network to ensure customers receive delivery of goods as quickly as possible.

Refusal of Delivery After Dispatch:
If you choose to refuse delivery of your hot tub after it has been dispatched by our courier, please be aware that all additional delivery costs will be charged back to you. These costs include the original delivery fee to your location and the return delivery fee to our warehouse. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

Want to return you Wave order? Please contact customer services within 14 days before returning any orders. As unapproved returns will be rejected.

Wave Customer Services can only accept the return of unwanted items within this time frame in the exact condition received and in the original packaging. Items will be assessed before your return is authorised, at this point one of our friendly agents will guide you through the returns process.

We do not cover return courier costs of unwanted items.

Please always double check the product description in detail before you place your order.

FAULTY

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact waveCS@wavedirect.co.uk to be advised on the return for refund process.

If you bring our attention to a fault outside the 30 day period you are eligible for a replacement - the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows:

1 year for the heater unit/pump
6 months for the inflatable spa liner, 1 year for new PVC Liners (Como, Garda and Tahoe)

DAMAGE

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify waveCS@wavespas.com within 30 working days of receipt.

Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of Spas or Spa Accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).

Your hot tub arrives with a heater unit, cover, filter, filter housing, inflation hose and ground sheet, which is everything you need to set up and inflate your hot tub. However, we advise purchasing our Pool and Spa starter kit containing all the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub water clean and safe. For added protection and insulation, we recommend using a bubble mat liner and inflatable cover. How much does it cost on average to run an inflatable hot tub?
The average cost of powering all of our heater units is $0.27 per hour. Our Inflatable Hot Tubs take approximately 40 hours to get to maximum temperature of 104 F - meaning that the total cost to reach maximum temperature is $10.80 The average cost of bubble function is $0.39 per hour. However, the bubble function cannot be run simultaneously with the heater function, therefore we recommend sporadic use in order to retain optimal water temperature. The cost of maintaining heat is approximately the same as the cost to heat up ($0.27 per hour), but this does differ depending on the ambient temperature. Where you are located will impact water temperature, if you frequently experience low temperatures, we would recommend insulating your tub sufficiently with our Inflatable Hot Tub Covers and Bubble Mat Liners. *Please note, these calculation are based around the average US cost of cents per kWh.
