Foam and Inflatable Spas come with Free FedEx Ground Delivery (3-5 Days) shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Expect an email or text with your delivery window.
Free shipping on orders over $100 via FedEx/UPS (3-5 Days)
For orders $99.99 and under, shipping is $19.99 via FedEx Express/UPS (3-5 Days)
Returns
Want to return you Wave order? Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days before returning any orders as unapproved returns will be rejected.
We're happy to accept returns if the item is faulty in any way. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.
Wave Christmas Returns Policy
This Christmas, we’re extending our returns window to make holiday shopping stress-free! For orders placed between 19th November and 23rd December, you can contact our Customer Service team to arrange a return by 6th January 2025. Orders placed outside of this period will follow our standard 14-day returns policy.
Cancellations
At Wave, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the cancellation of your order. However, once your order has been placed, cancellation is not possible: all orders are processed swiftly through the Wave network to ensure customers receive their deliveries as quickly as possible.
If you choose to refuse delivery of your hot tub after it has been dispatched by our courier, please be aware that all additional delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Mind
Wave Customer Services can only accept the return of unwanted items within a certain time frame in the exact condition received, including the original packaging. Items will be assessed before your return is authorised, and one of our friendly agents will guide you through the return process.
We do not cover courier costs of unwanted items. Please always double-check the product description before you place your order.
Faulty
If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
If you bring our attention to a fault outside of the 30-day period, you are eligible for a replacement – the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows: 12 months for the heater unit/pump and 6 months for the spa liner.

Damage
In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify support@wavespas.com within 30 working days of receipt.
Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of spas or spa accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).
