What are the delivery costs and how long will it take to arrive?

All orders are shipped next day tracked.
Orders over $100 get free shipping via FedEx/UPS (3-5 days).
Orders under $100 have a $19.99 shipping fee via FedEx Express/UPS (3-5 days).

What is included with my spa?

Your Spa Package comes complete with a cover, filter, inflation hose and other essential accessories, which is everything you need to set up your hot tub! To find out more, peruse Tahoe Instruction Manual

How long is the warranty on my spa?

The Tahoe offers a 2-year warranty for the pump and heater and a 12-month warranty on the liner

What extras do I need?

We advise purchasing our Starter Kit containing all the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub water clean and safe. For added protection and insulation, we recommend using a Thermal Cover

Can I use my tub all year round?

Yes! Our tubs can sit comfortably outdoors in most weather conditions. However, to ensure the protection of your heater unit, we recommend moving your hot tub indoors when temperatures drop lower than 5°C (41°F) or ensuring your heater unit is protected from the elements
